Role Overview
We are looking for a System Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, ensure smooth functioning of systems, and provide technical support across the organization. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support and system administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Manage email accounts, user access, and permissions
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
- Handle onboarding, offboarding IT setup for employees
- Maintain IT inventory and track system usage
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams
- Ensure basic system security and data backup practices
Eligibility, Experience
- 1 year of experience in System Administration, IT Support
- Diploma, Bachelor`s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Skillset
Core Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac OS environments
- Familiarity with email systems (Google Workspace, Outlook)
- Understanding of user management and access control
Technical Skills
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Experience with system setup and configuration
- Familiarity with IT ticketing tools (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cloud tools or admin consoles
- Basic understanding of security practices and data protection
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
