Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator located in Hyderabad. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, monitoring networks, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of technical infrastructure. The role involves providing technical support, ensuring system security, and overseeing network administration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet the organization's IT requirements is an essential aspect of this position.
Experience Required:
• 0–2 years (Junior Level)
• 2–5 years (Mid-Level)
Preference: Immediate Joiners
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain IT assets (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, CCTV Cameras, VC Facilities, Projectors & peripherals)
• Handle networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and allied systems)
• Perform system administration and ensure smooth IT operations
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Servers and Windows systems
• Provide L1–L2 support for day-to-day technical and operational issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security & backups
Requirements:
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows OS & Server environments
• Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
