Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a System Administrator based in Pune Division. The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing the organization’s IT systems and networks. Daily tasks will include system administration, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, ensuring the smooth operation of network systems, and implementing IT policies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Administration and troubleshooting system-related issues
- Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving user queries
- Strong skills in Network Administration and managing IT infrastructure
- Thorough knowledge of Information Technology systems and protocols
- Ability to implement IT policies and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
