Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator based at our campus in Hyderabad. The System Administrator will oversee and maintain computer networks, servers, and telecommunication systems to ensure a secure and efficient IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing system setups, managing network connectivity, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support, implementing security measures, and monitoring system performance. The role also involves ensuring compliance with organizational IT policies and assisting in technology upgrades or migrations as required.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in System Administration and efficient management of IT systems
- Strong abilities in Troubleshooting and resolving system or network-related issues
- Experience in providing Technical Support for end-users and infrastructure
- Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuration and maintenance
- A solid background in Information Technology, with knowledge of system security and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or equivalent are preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
