Hiring – System Administrator / IT Support Engineer (1–2 Years Experience)
M/s Eclat Engineering Consultants is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Systems Administrator / IT Support Engineer to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, and network systems
- Perform regular server maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Handle data backup, backup verification, and recovery processes
- Configure and support Windows-based systems and office networks
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
- Installation and troubleshooting of hardware/software issues
- Maintain antivirus, system security, and software updates
- Support Wi-Fi connectivity and basic router/firewall administration
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and AMC support
- Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in System Administration / IT Support
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and server maintenance
- Experience in data backup and recovery management
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration preferred
- Basic knowledge of NAS storage, CCTV, biometric, or office networking systems is an added advantage
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Qualification
- B.Tech / B.Sc / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
