🔑Key Responsibilities:
End User Support
- Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, and workstations.
- Install and configure Windows and required software.
- Set up laptops and user accounts for new employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Support printers, scanners, webcams, and other office devices.
Network Support
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and internet connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, and access points.
- Coordinate with internet service providers when required.
- Monitor office network performance.
IT Operations
- Maintain inventory of IT assets such as laptops, monitors, and accessories.
- Install software updates and security patches.
- Ensure antivirus and endpoint security are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with hardware vendors for repairs and replacements.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems and equipment.
🔑Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
