Role Description
This is a contract, on-site System Administrator role based in Hyderabad. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT systems, including troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and administering networks. Tasks include monitoring system performance, ensuring network security, and implementing necessary upgrades or patches to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in System Administration and managing servers and workstations
- Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in Troubleshooting IT issues
- Experience in Technical Support, providing assistance to end-users
- Knowledge of Network Administration, including setup, maintenance, and security
- Familiarity with Information Technology practices and infrastructure management
- Ability to work independently on-site and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco) are a plus
