About the Role
The role involves managing and maintaining the company's servers, systems, and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company servers, systems, and network infrastructure.
- Install and configure hardware, software, and operating systems across the organization.
- Handle system installation, networking setup, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical and network issues.
- Manage IT asset management through Zoho People, including tracking and allocation of company assets.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs, and system permissions.
- Configure and manage Sophos firewall and network security.
- Ensure data security, backups, and system updates.
- Provide technical support to internal teams for IT-related issues.
Qualifications
Any Degree
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of System Installation and Networking.
- Experience with Windows / system administration.
- Experience in Sophos firewall, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and system monitoring tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
