About the Role

The role involves managing and maintaining the company's servers, systems, and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company servers, systems, and network infrastructure.
• Install and configure hardware, software, and operating systems across the organization.
• Handle system installation, networking setup, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical and network issues.
• Manage IT asset management through Zoho People, including tracking and allocation of company assets.
• Manage user accounts, email IDs, and system permissions.
• Configure and manage Sophos firewall and network security.
• Ensure data security, backups, and system updates.
• Provide technical support to internal teams for IT-related issues.

Qualifications

Any Degree

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of System Installation and Networking.
• Experience with Windows / system administration.
• Experience in Sophos firewall, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and system monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
