1. Roles and Responsibilities
• CLI and Application Link: Linking Klish or other CLI interfaces to the SysRepo database and to backend and implementation of bulk/batch configuration.
• NETCONF Engine Development: Implementing the NETCONF protocol using servers like Netopeer2.
• YANG Data Modeling: Designing and writing YANG modules for network features (e.g. Interfaces, BGP, SNMP).
• Config DB Management: Integration of Sysrepo or equivalent configuration databases with the system for multiprocessing/application environment for CLI/Netconf north bound interfaces.
• Callback Implementation: Writing subscription callbacks in C/C++ or Python to notify the system when the configuration changes in a transactional config system.
2. Technical Skills
• Protocols: In-depth knowledge of CLI, NETCONF, and/or SNMP.
• Toolkits: Experience working with libyang, sysrepo, netopeer2, and libnetconf2 libraries.
• Programming: Proficiency in C, C++ (or Python).
• Linux: of system programming in Linux distros such as Alpine Linux .
• Database: Expertise in managing Running, Startup, and Operational datastores
