As a vital member of our Talent Acquisition Team (US Geography), you will be the search expert responsible for attracting top talent in technology. Along with technology, the talent acquisition team member must possess knowledge of the intricacies of at least one industry. You'll develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies aligned with functional hiring needs and position specifications. Your proactive approach will involve identifying both active and passive candidates through various channels, including online databases, networking, and direct outreach. You'll partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build robust talent pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a talent search expert, collaborating on recruitment strategies to understand hiring needs and requirements. Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies by function and job type, staying informed about the competitive landscape. Market our opportunities to attract talent through online sourcing, networking, cold calling, and research. Screen and pre-qualify candidates based on essential qualifications, skills, and interests. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to understand talent availability and competitor strategies. Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.
