Channel Account Manager
Hybrid Remote Preference for Utah or Idaho residence
Description

The Channel Account Manager (CAM) is a quota-carrying sales role responsible for driving revenue through Syringa Networks’ telecom agent and aggregator partner ecosystem. This is a true closing sales role—not passive partner management.  This role owns partner-led opportunities from lead registration through close, ensuring efficient execution, strong pipeline management, and a high-quality partner experience.

The CAM serves as the execution engine of the channel, working in close partnership with the Partner Development Manager (PDM), who focuses on partner recruitment and growth. The CAM is responsible for advancing and closing opportunities with precision, responsiveness, and operational discipline.

If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoy owning deals end-to-end, and take pride in precision and responsiveness, this role is for you.

  • Coordinate with channel ecosystem stakeholders (e.g., aggregators, TSDs)

  • Coordinate internal approvals and feasibility checks

5. Operational Excellence & Partner Experience

  • Deliver responsive, “white-glove” partner support
