At Synthesia, hiring the right people is essential to our success. We're looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and help grow our product, R&D, and engineering departments. You won't just fill roles; you'll shape how we attract, assess, and secure world-class talent, ensuring our hiring strategies support Synthesia's next phase of growth. As we plan to nearly double our technical teams in the next year, you'll own end-to-end hiring for key roles such as Fullstack Engineers, Product Managers, and AI Researchers. You'll lead processes from sourcing to offer acceptance and ensure we're delivering a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll partner with hiring managers, leverage data-driven insights, refine recruitment strategies, and elevate our employer brand. In doing so, you'll help shape the future of Synthesia and ensure we continue to attract exceptional talent for our next phase of growth.
