We are currently seeking an experienced Infusion RN to join our growing team.<br><br><u>Position Overview</u><br><br>The Infusion RN will provide skilled nursing care in a home setting, specializing in infusion therapies and line care. This role requires strong clinical skills, independence, and a patient-centered approach.<br><br><u>Responsibilities</u>
</div><ul>
<li>Administer IV therapies including antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG</li>
<li>Perform skilled nursing care including G-tube care and management</li>
<li>Draw and process lab specimens</li>
<li>Perform sterile dressing changes</li>
<li>Assess patient condition and monitor for adverse reactions</li>
<li>Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans</li>
<li>Accurately document all care provided</li>

<br><u>Line Access Experience Required<br></u><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Peripheral IV (PIV) insertion and management</li>
<li>PICC line care and maintenance</li>
<li>Midline catheter care</li>
<li>Port-a-cath access and deaccess</li>

<br><u>Qualifications<br></u><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Active California RN license</li>
<li>Minimum 1–2 years infusion or home health experience preferred</li>
<li>Proficient in IV therapy and vascular access</li>
<li>Experience with IV antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG required</li>
<li>Strong assessment and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Current CPR/BLS certification</li>
