- Collect and analyze cross-border e-commerce data to identify key trends, patterns, and performance metrics across various markets. - Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor sales, customer behavior, and market dynamics. - Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving pricing strategies, inventory management, and customer engagement. - Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and potential growth opportunities in international e-commerce markets. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality assurance processes and resolving any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data. - Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies for expanding our cross-border e-commerce presence and increasing market share in different regions. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce analytics to continuously enhance data analysis capabilities.
