Role Description

The Customer Planning & Enablement Specialist is an exciting max-term opportunity in our Customer Planning & Enablement team based at our Perth CBD Office. The purpose of the role is to deliver planning, prioritisation, reporting and enablement support for the Customer Business Unit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the Strategic Planning & Enablement team to coordinate strategy, planning and project alignment across the leadership team and broader business unit.
  • Coordinate and execute annual planning cycle, including long-term strategic plan and annual game plan, to achieve Synergy’s goals.
  • Support project and initiative prioritisation working with the leadership team, workforce planning and change management as required.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly KPI reporting, tracking and communicating progress against plan and key metrics.
  • Deliver internal communications and engagement, ensuring channels are used effectively to keep our people (200 FTE) informed and engaged.

What You Will Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in professional services, management consulting, or a related field. Energy Industry experience will be highly regarded.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal and presentational.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence.
