About the role
The VP, Business Intelligence Process Lead (L12) will own and drive the business intelligence process and capabilities for the organization, leading a team of data engineers, data analysts, and business intelligence specialists. They will be responsible for establishing the strategic vision and roadmap for business intelligence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights that drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:- Developing the enterprise-wide business intelligence strategy and roadmap to enable data-driven decision making- Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions, including data modeling, reporting, and dashboarding- Leading a team of data engineers, data analysts, and BI specialists to deliver high-quality, actionable insights- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs and translating them into effective BI solutions- Driving the adoption and usage of BI tools and capabilities across the organization- Establishing governance, processes, and standards to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of BI data and solutions- Continuously improving the BI capabilities and delivering measurable business impact
