Job Summary The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading teams, managing daily operations, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients. This role requires a strong leader with strategic vision and a deep understanding of offshore staffing, residential valuation services, and vendor management. The Senior Manager will work closely with internal teams and clients to maintain high performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead and manage multiple teams, ensuring productivity and efficiency across all operations. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development to ensure team growth and performance optimization. Ensure alignment with company goals by driving a culture of accountability and excellence. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline workflows. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service delivery and client satisfaction. Work with senior leadership to align business objectives with operational strategies. Ensure that teams meet service level agreements (SLAs) and adhere to industry best practices. Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service. Address client concerns and escalations promptly, maintaining positive and long-term relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met consistently. Provide regular updates to senior management on client performance, challenges, and potential opportunities. Compliance & Confidentiality Uphold strict compliance with all internal policies, confidentiality agreements, and regulatory standards. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data, including client and payroll information. Enforce company policies on payroll confidentiality and ensure that all team members follow the guidelines.
