About the role

Join a fast-growing fintech at the forefront of the digital asset revolution. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the local leadership team, gaining hands-on experience across key business areas—from strategy definition and go-to-market refinement to operational execution.

Key Tasks:

Business Support

• Assist in refining the sales pitch deck for client-facing teams.
• Develop strategic presentations and briefings for the Local Executive Board, Group Executive Board, and Board of Directors.
• Drive cross-team alignment on strategic topics (sales development, product, operations, etc.) and support related execution efforts.

Management Support

• Prepare the Asia market update for bi-weekly long Coherence calls (internal company call).
• Host and guide the Mini-Coherence call (bi-weekly)
• Gather and consolidate presentation materials from different teams for key internal and external meetings.
• Draft business updates, meeting minutes, and help structure executive workshops and meetings
