About the role


Are you passionate about Digital Assets and excited to explore the intersection of Traditional and Digital Asset Finance while supporting affluent clients on their journey within Digital Assets? Do you have the ambition to grow into a professional that supports the acquisition and account management of clients while constantly helping them stay ahead of the curve within Digital Assets?

If this sounds like you, we know the perfect role: we are looking for an Account Manager with a focus on Affluent Clients to join our fast-growing Sygnum Select team in Zurich.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility to source and foster new client relationships with private clients.
  • You will be in telephone, e-mail, and face-to-face contact with our valued clients offering solution-oriented support and identify opportunities for cross and up sale.
  • Processing fiat and digital asset transactions, as well as post transaction AML monitoring and processing.
  • Lead the client onboarding process together with internal stakeholders (Legal & Compliance, Operations) and external service providers.
  • Continuously update and maintain the CRM for accurate recordkeeping of all relationships.
  • With our help develop an expert level of understanding of the crypto market landscape by learning Sygnum’s offering and strengths, understanding the regulatory developments, and building a strong professional network.


Our ideal candidate


  • A determined people-person with a strong interest in growing a career in relationship management and business development.
  • Ideally you have at least 1-2 years of experience in client servicing/customer care of private or institutional clients within a financial institution or similar.
  • A positive, forward-thinking personality with a proactive can-do attitude and a great team player mixed with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with a hands-on mentality.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm to get to know the world of Digital Assets and gain expertise in our product and service offerings.
  • Goal and results oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Experience in onboarding clients (private clients or legal entities) and familiarity with the Swiss banking regulations and onboarding documents, in particular CDB 20 is a plus.
  • Language skills: fluency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills are advantageous.
