About the role
Provide 24/7 onsite Level One IT support.
Monitor ATM uptime and downtime via Vynamic View, SolarWinds, and I&M Monitor.
Track and review ATM last transactions and CustomerOne transactions.
Coordinate with Level 1 support engineers and ATM custodians.
Communicate with custodians on clearing errors and ensuring timely ATM cash loads.
Participate in preventive maintenance (PM) coordination.
Prepare and generate reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
Log and resolve issues through the ATM Service Desk.
Provide ATM images to Security and Customer Service Delivery teams for customer complaint investigations.
