About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our website's growth and conversion strategy. You’ll be the voice behind our web presence, crafting high-converting copy, designing and running A/B tests, and using data to drive continuous improvement.

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence how visitors experience Sybill—and ultimately how they convert.

What You’ll Do

1. Own the end-to-end strategy for website growth and CRO
2. Write and test compelling, conversion-focused copy
3. Design and execute A/B experiments to improve performance metrics
4. Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Design teams to align messaging and brand experience
5. Analyze performance and turn insights into action
6. Optimize user journeys to drive sign-ups, demos, and product adoption

What We're Looking For

1. 3–8 years experience in website CRO and growth/product marketing
2. Proven track record of optimizing websites for conversion and engagement
3. Excellent copywriting and messaging skills
4. Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, A/B testing platforms
5. Bonus: Experience in SaaS or AI-driven products
