Job Purpose/mission
JOB DESCRIPTION
Brief summary of the overall purpose of the role within the organization; what does the role deliver
- Establishing Havells as a significant player in Low Voltage Switchgear & Control Gear products
- Create critical Market Share (Value & Volume) for IP, CP, CG, PQ Products by acquiring bigger slice of market by exploring New Customer in “Real Estate & Commercial Building Segment” and its important stake holders including MEP Consultants / PMC etc.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
Provide a bullet list of key responsibilities. (Budgets and Costs handled, People Handled, Specific tasks etc.)
- He / She should be a graduate electrical engineer (BE) with relevant experience of 3-8 years of experience in LV /MV Switchgear Industry. Should have good command on English language for external communication (Verbal & Written). Candidates with non-technical background must be avoided.
- Must have good understanding on LV /MV Power Distribution System and should be able to drive the development activity thru End Users, MEP/ PMC Consultants and able to help sales team for commercial closures with Panel Builders etc.
- Should be able to prepare Regional MIS Report including Sales Forecast, Ensuring Technical Approval from End Users & MEP / PMC consultants with preference.
- Should be able to own end to end business activity including Technical Seminars / Webinars / Factory Visits / Customer Presentation / Product Demo / Competitor Analysis / GTP & Tech Compliance etc…. in coordination with different functional teams at Branch / Regional Level
- He / She should be able to Plan, Strategize and executing BD Plan for LV Switchgear at Branch / Regional level to meet the assigned targets on monthly basis in terms of Value & Volume.
- He / She should be self-motivated, Energetic having good interpersonal skills for “Customer Interface”. Soft Skills required for New Account Acquisition is a must for this position
- Providing regular feedback on ever changing market dynamics & competitor’s activity
- Should have strong Work Ethics & multitasking skills in a highly challenged environment.
