About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business. This includes managing vendor relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining inventory, and providing administrative support. You will be the glue that holds our operations together, ensuring that all moving parts are synchronized and efficient. Key Responsibilities: - Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects - Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed - Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency - Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in an operations or administrative role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Trello, Notion) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus
