In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces, with a strong focus on developing engaging email campaigns and web applications. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and developers, to deliver seamless user experiences while adhering to industry best practices. Responsibilities: Responsible for the front-end development of high-quality email campaigns, including coding and testing through leading Email Service Providers. Work closely with the UI / UX team and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive, accessible interfaces across devices and browsers by following design guidelines. Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers to promote best practices and continuous learning Very good understanding of working with a scrum team, iteration planning, daily standups and experience of using Jira. Ensure accessibility standards and good performance. Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact promptly and professionally with teams across different time zones Years of Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in developing web applications Skills required for the role : Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with Email Service Providers, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, SendGrid, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Experience in resolving common email client compatibility issues Knowledge of testing email campaigns with Email on Acid or Litmus ReactJS – 1+ years Git version controlling Nice to have skills: Next.js Experience in unit testing with Jest and react testing library Redux or other state management libraries Experience working CI/CD pipelines Required Attributes: Strong interest in learning and ability to adapt to new technologies Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skill Qualifications: Individual should possess a bachelor's degree or a diploma in Computing, Information Technology, or another relevant field (such as physical science or mathematics).
