Position Title:Switch Brand Ambassador Revised Date:09/2023Type:Part-Time Status:Non-ExemptReports to:Program Manager Position Summary:Under general direction, the Switch Brand Ambassador (SBA) is responsible for creating a positive, memorable experience around our client activations. The SBA will engage with consumers, influential community members and groups, businesses, and more. Through targeted and strategic sample distribution, enthusiasm, and sharing of the Client story, the SBA will amplify brand awareness, trial, and support Client’s brand. The Switch Brand Ambassador will follow the strategy set forth by the Program Manager and be responsible for executing the following tasks in support of Switch business goals and objectives.Essential Responsibilities:Drive brand awareness, positive impressions, and sell through of the Client’s product through various activations including but not limited to in-store demos, fitness events, community events, lifestyle pop ups, curated brand events, and festivals.Execute all activity as assigned including communicating product knowledge and contributing ideas on a regular basis for events, demos and samplings.Ensure brand talking points are communicated effectively with consumers following brand expectations.Responsible for event set-up, sampling, and breakdown.Ensure the demonstration area is clean, organized, correctly set up, and in compliance with the training provided.Obtain leads for community events and partnerships when appropriate and communicate with the Program Manager.Communicate proactively with the Program Manager and accurately and timely complete and submit end of shift reports online; expense reports (if applicable), photo submissions, etc.Attends initial training as well as possible ongoing monthly product training, team meetings, client training, etc.Properly manage organization and cleanliness of storage space, product, and marketing assetsPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Minimum Qualifications:Possess an engaging, enthusiastic, and outgoing attitude Excellent communication skills.Must be approachable, confident, energetic, hardworking, and ready to embrace the hustle of field marketing.Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.Must have reliable transportation, clean driving record.
