Position Summary: Under general direction, the Field Marketing Intern will follow the strategy set forth by the Vice President, Field Marketing and Program Manager to execute field programs promoting the clients’ brand. They will aid Program Managers in the management of all necessary resources and program staff to ensure all activities are executed as expected. The Field Marketing Intern may also be responsible for supporting brand activations on-site through targeted and strategic sample distribution to amplify brand awareness by creating a positive, memorable experience around our client activations.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Working with Program Managers to learn how to manage projects that utilize our enterprise solution offerings including the build of assets, logistics of the program, and on-site load-in/load-out and activations.
• Assist in aligning project needs with internal resources to achieve project objectives.
• Assist in the execution of field operations and projects.
• Track and reconcile program expenses in the ERP
• Responsible for activation set-up, sampling, and breakdown as needed while ensuring the demonstration area is clean, organized, correctly set up, and in compliance with the training provided.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate between competing priorities, quickly identify and manage prioritization, be able to meet business deliverables.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience within the field of marketing and experiential industry

• Ability to work in a physical environment and lift at least 50 pounds.
