Intern - Software Engineer

Provide Engineering support to the customer support organization by investigating software-related issues. Analyze logs to identify root causes for reported issues. Create detailed Jira tickets to document software defects, including root cause analysis and potential resolutions. Communicate regular status updates to customers, team members, and stakeholders. Assist in the design and development of software applications, including updates and enhancements. Participate in Agile methodologies and the SCRUM process to design system solutions. Execute solutions using the defined SCRUM process. Apply object-oriented principles and design patterns effectively.
