Description
The candidate should possess strong product management expertise, technical understanding, analytical capabilities, and experience in agile product development environments.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities.
- Prioritize product features, enhancements, and releases based on business impact and customer needs.
- Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Product Development & Delivery
- Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive agile product development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Monitor product performance and continuously optimize features using data-driven insights.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and platform enhancements.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and customers to gather feedback and align priorities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Present product updates, KPIs, and roadmap plans to senior management.
Data & Analytics
- Analyze product metrics, user behavior, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance measurement.
- Utilize analytics tools to improve product adoption, retention, and customer experience.
Innovation & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI/ML integration, and digital transformation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product scalability, security, and usability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Digital Product Development.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle for web/mobile/SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms, APIs, cloud ecosystems, and agile frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
