Custodian, Plant/Factory (1st shift)

The Plant Custodian cleans and maintains buildings, facilities, and equipment within our production plant located in Jacksonville, FL. The Plant Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the factory/plant environment, ensuring a safe and sanitary workspace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Use cleaning tools and other products to create a clean, healthy environment
• Remove and dispose of trash, recycling, and other waste following the appropriate policies
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms
• Utilize the scrubber when needed within assigned areas
• Adhere to all company work and safety rules
• Other routine housekeeping tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous custodial experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
