Role Overview:

As a Marketing Intern (CRM & Retention), you will work closely with the growth team to execute targeted campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and reducing churn. This role offers hands-on exposure to CRM tools, customer segmentation and data analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the creation and execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, segment customers, and recommend targeted retention strategies
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop customer profiles based on purchase behavior, frequency, and engagement
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key retention metrics, including churn rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value
  • Content Support: Collaborate with the content team to draft personalized communication for different customer segments
  • Market Research: Research industry best practices and emerging CRM trends to propose innovative retention strategies


What We’re Looking For:

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
