Responsibilities:

As a recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying talented Technicians and matching them global opportunities in the wind industry.

Your main tasks will include:

• Recruiting and screening candidates based on sourcing requirements.

• Preparing and posting job advertisements to attract the best talent.

• Managing candidate registration and creating professional CVs.

• Building and maintaining an international database of wind turbine technicians and other key professionals.

• Developing strong talent pools and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business needs.

• Continuously improving recruitment processes and identifying new opportunities for sourcing talent.

• Managing agreements with recruitment sub-suppliers.

• Assisting in the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

• Actively sourcing candidates through various channels and platforms.

• Structuring application sources to align with future business needs.

• Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.


You are:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a mix of technical knowledge, recruitment expertise, and a people-first mindset. You bring:

• A technical background or an understanding of technical skills, ideally from the wind industry, and have a strong network.

• Strong research and candidate search skills.

• Experience with recruiting through platforms like LinkedIn or as an internal recruiter / HR partner.

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR strategies.

• Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Fluency in English; an additional European language is a plus.
