Senior Retail Leasing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Retail Leasing Manager to join our Retail Leasing team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing and managing our shopping mall and retail portfolio in Hong Kong. Primary Responsibilities: - Develop and implement leasing strategies to optimize tenant mixes, maximize occupancy rates and rental returns - Identify and attract new tenants, negotiate lease terms and oversee the completion of lease documentation - Manage existing tenant relationships, including renewals, expansions, relocations and surrenders - Analyze market trends and provide recommendations on leasing strategies - Collaborate with the asset management, marketing and operations teams to enhance the shopping experience and drive visitation and sales - Participate in the asset planning and redevelopment process - Provide regular reporting and presentations to senior management
