Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Swimming Pool Attendant at Amartara The Resort, located in Abu Road. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the swimming pool and surrounding areas. Daily responsibilities include monitoring water quality, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, addressing guest inquiries, and providing support to enhance the overall guest experience. The Swimming Pool Attendant will also manage equipment, inspect pool facilities, and promptly address any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of pool cleaning equipment, water quality testing, and basic maintenance procedures
- Understanding of safety protocols, first aid, and emergency response techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and address maintenance or safety concerns
- Customer service experience in a hospitality or leisure environment is preferred
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Certification in lifeguarding or pool operations is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
