Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jamnagar, for a Swim Instructor. Responsibilities include conducting swim lessons for individuals and groups of various skill levels, designing lesson plans, and ensuring a supportive and safe aquatic environment. The Swim Instructor will also play a critical role in teaching water safety, honing participants' swimming techniques, and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Swim Instruction and conducting Swim Lessons
- Strong knowledge of Swimming techniques and Aquatic safety
- Experience or certification in Lifeguarding is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to inspire confidence in swimmers and foster a productive learning environment
- Relevant swimming certifications such as Certified Swim Instructor or first aid/CPR training are highly desirable
