About the role
As an SRE at Swiggy, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our complex, distributed systems. You will work closely with our engineering teams to design, build, and operate mission-critical infrastructure and services. You will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant infrastructure
- Automating and optimizing our deployment and monitoring processes
- Proactively identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and operational issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Continuously improving our engineering practices and tooling
- Mentoring and sharing knowledge with the broader engineering community
