About the role
Swiggy is looking for an experienced, adaptive, creative & adventurous Marketing Manager, who's hyper excited about disruptive marketing & has a sense of deep ownership and responsibility.
#1 Event Marketing Campaigns :
The role requires an understanding of key calendar events and Indian cultural events that occur all year round and carry out project execution and coordination of such campaigns.
Should be able to define project scope, develop detailed plans and monitor progress to meet timelines and budgets. Regularly communicate project status and facilitate cross-functional meetings and be quick on toes to resolve issues/conflicts.
Will work closely with internal and external teams to execute multi-platform campaign deliverables while ensuring it meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
Should do their market research and stay informed on industry trends and competitors, use insights to inform strategies and contribute during multiple forum meet-ups on forming event campaigns.
#2 Co-Branded Marketing Campaigns
We have several large, medium & new brands that want to collaborate with us & this role requires in-depth understanding and execution of marketing campaigns - across all touchpoints from packaging, delighters, PR, ATL, BTL & social media.
The role requires strong cross functional skills & communication skills to handle communication, coordination and marketing operations with large external brands.
Develop and ensure the execution of co-branded marketing plans to deliver the short term and long-term business objectives, manage budgets, strategy, ideation & results of the campaign end to end
Since you will be one of the brand custodians, it's imperative that you have a keen eye for branding & creatives. This person will oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
