About the role

Your role in Swiggy: You will be responsible for executing a best-in-class user experience for customers on Swiggy. The merchandising executive will own and execute the end-to-end storefront experience across the app for all campaigns. You will be responsible for catalog creation and configuring the campaigns as per the central guidelines. They will work closely with Category Management, Design, Content, and Marketing teams to manage the overall execution until go-live. They will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of campaigns on a daily basis after go-live (using both quantitative and qualitative analysis) and course correcting along the way. The role will be in the central team based out of Bangalore. Responsibilities Include: Execute the end-to-end customer journey for core categories and flagship campaigns. Partner across Category Management, Merchandising Operations, Brand and Central Merchandising teams to take relevant inputs ahead of time and ensure smooth execution of the overall consumer journey Ensure timely inputs to the Design teams and own the final quality of all the visual and copy elements in the consumer journey. Relentlessly drive improvements to the Merchandise experience through the development and execution of creative ideas Analyze merchandising metrics and related data as well as direct consumer feedback to identify opportunities to improve merchandising and the customer experience of campaigns. Implement continuous improvements.
