Responsibilities:
- Pickup food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high customer satisfaction rate
- Ensure the safe handling of food orders and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with the Swiggy support team and provide feedback to improve our operations
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance while representing the Swiggy brand
Requirements:
- Valid two-wheeler license and access to a two-wheeler
- Good communication skills in the local language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Commitment to providing an excellent customer experience
