Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar business management or strategy role, preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and delivering results
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams
- MBA or equivalent degree is preferred
