Sales Support Specialist

The primary responsibility of a Sales Support Specialist is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will be the first line of contact for customers, assisting them with product information, order processing, shipping status, and any other inquiries they may have. Additional responsibilities include: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate and detailed information about Sweetwater's products and services - Assisting customers with the selection and purchase of products - Processing orders, including verifying payment information and addressing any issues that may arise - Tracking and updating order status for customers - Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns and complaints - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and industry trends - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient customer service The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a genuine passion for music and audio equipment. Prior experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
