Role Description
The Sweets Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sweets production line in the Indore-based manufacturing unit. This full-time, on-site position involves planning and coordinating production schedules, monitoring the quality and hygiene of ingredients and finished products, supervising a team of workers, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The manager will work closely with suppliers, maintain inventory levels, manage resources effectively, and troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of sweets preparation, production processes, and quality standards.
- Strong team management, leadership, and supervision skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in operations management, production planning, and inventory management.
- Experience with food safety regulations and quality assurance in food manufacturing.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges in the production process.
- Effective communication and organizational skills for seamless coordination across teams.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or confectionary industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
