About the Role
Anrak is hiring a highly driven Junior Software Engineer who is passionate about coding, AI systems, prompt engineering, and deep technology.
We are looking for builders — candidates who already have personal projects, experiments, GitHub repositories, prototypes, or startup experience. This role is ideal for someone who spends time building, testing, learning new technologies, and exploring the future of AI-powered software.
You should be excited about working on cutting-edge systems involving AI workflows, intelligent automation, agentic systems, and modern software engineering.
What You’ll Work On
- AI-powered software products
- Prompt engineering and LLM workflows
- Agentic systems and automation pipelines
- Internal AI tooling and product infrastructure
- API integrations and backend systems
- Experimentation with modern AI frameworks and tools
- Building scalable product features and workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Design and optimize AI prompts and workflows
- Build and test AI-integrated product features
- Work with APIs, databases, and backend services
- Collaborate on product and engineering execution
- Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies
- Debug, improve, and optimize software systems
- Contribute to fast-paced product development cycles
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience or strong project-based experience
- Strong coding fundamentals and problem-solving ability
- Experience building personal, academic, freelance, or startup projects
- Strong interest in AI, software engineering, and deep technology
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI tools
- Comfortable learning and adapting quickly
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with some of the following is a plus:
- Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js
- APIs and backend systems
- OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks
- Prompt engineering and workflow automation
- GitHub and version control
- Databases and cloud platforms
- AI coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, etc.
