What you'll do:

  • Run day-to-day branch operations and customer experience with high standards and strong team morale
  • Lead Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental—set expectations, coach performance, remove roadblocks, and hire, train, and develop talent aligned to our values
  • Execute growth plans with senior leadership and marketing to increase market share
  • Own branch financial health: budget input, KPI tracking, and operational discipline
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, well-maintained facility and fleet; resolve escalated customer issues

 

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years in retail operations; equipment dealership experience preferred
  • 3–5 years leading people with proven coaching and team development skills
  • Strong communicator and active listener with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfort with budgets, metrics, and practical problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • High professionalism, ethical judgment, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
