Job Title: Senior Vice President – Enterprise PMO & Strategic Transformation
Location: Hybrid - Noida

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a seasoned PMO and transformation leader to drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, portfolio governance, and operational transformation across global teams. This leadership role will be responsible for aligning strategic priorities with execution excellence while building a high-performing PMO function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise strategic programs, and transformation initiatives aligned to business priorities.
- Drive portfolio governance, prioritization, planning, risk management, and execution oversight.
- Establish standardized frameworks, reporting structures, dashboards, and operating rhythms.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into measurable execution plans and outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering delivery excellence and capability development.
- Drive Agile, Lean, and digital PMO practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Lead change management initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and organizational alignment.
- Provide executive-level reporting, portfolio insights, and governance reviews across global teams.
Desired Profile
- 17+ years of experience in PMO, strategic programs, transformation, or enterprise operations leadership.
- Strong experience within GCCs, Shared Services, Business Consulting or large global organizations.
- Proven expertise in portfolio governance, PMO frameworks, Agile delivery, and organizational transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Confluence preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.
