Strategic Leadership & GCC Build-Out
Establish and scale the India-based product management organization across Investor Experience, Advisor Experience, and Data & AI portfolios.
Partner with Technology, HR, and Facilities leaders to shape the GCC operating model, structure, and talent strategy.
Serve as the senior product executive for India, representing global product strategy locally and ensuring strong alignment with U.S. counterparts.
Product Strategy & Execution
Drive the definition, prioritization, and delivery of product roadmaps across domains.
Advisor & Investor Experience: AccountView, Prospect/Client Management, Wealth Planning, and Practice Management.
Data & AI: Data Platforms, Analytics, AI/ML capabilities, and Data Products
Partner with engineering and design leads to ensure delivery excellence, user-centered design, and measurable business impact.
Champion product governance, OKR alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure transparency and accountability.
People Leadership & Capability Development
Build and mentor a high-performing team of product leaders, product managers, and business analysts.
Create a culture of ownership, experimentation, and collaboration with global counterparts.
Develop and execute learning and career development programs to grow world-class product talent in India.
