Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join Suvit Fintech Private Limited on a full-time basis. The position is based in our Surat headquarters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding assistance, managing communication, and resolving any challenges swiftly and efficiently.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk to efficiently manage customer relationships and inquiries.
  • Experienced in utilizing live chat support tools like Intercom or LiveChat for real-time customer interaction and problem resolution.
  • Ability to handle ticketing systems ensuring that customer issues are documented and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to convey information clearly and empathetically, responding to customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analyzing situations quickly to find viable solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, managing multiple customer interactions seamlessly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution, handling challenging situations diplomatically while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Solid understanding of customer service etiquette, ensuring every customer interaction reflects positively on the company.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including email, phone, and live chat.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
  • Utilize CRM software to document and manage all customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, escalating when necessary to deliver timely solutions.
  • Educate customers about product features and benefits, contributing to improved customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support.
