Administrative Fellowship Program (July 2026 - July 2027)

The Administrative Fellowship Program (July 2026-July 2027 cohort) at Sutter Health provides an outstanding opportunity for Master's prepared individuals to learn from excellent preceptors and to work in one or more areas of administrative specialization: acute care hospitals, medical groups/foundations and ambulatory care environments in an integrated, not-for-profit health care system. Administrative Fellows gain experience and develop an in-depth understanding of operations and strategic initiatives through project work and direct participation in management activities. Sutter Health Fellows gain a broad base of experience and understanding of the challenges facing medical education, building and supporting the health care workforce of the future while developing valuable skills that will help prepare them to move into a wide array of healthcare leadership roles. The Sutter Administrative Fellowship is a one-year program with the potential for a second "flex" year working in an area of interest and / or organizational need.
