understanding systems, architecture, and AI-driven product development.
You’ll be expected to:
● work directly with clients and users
● conduct discovery discussions
● define product requirements
● prioritize features
● manage delivery
● and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ship production-ready solutions
quickly.
The ideal candidate is someone who combines:
● strong product thinking

product opportunities.
● Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, user stories,
and technical scope.
● Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features based on business value,
implementation effort, and delivery timelines.
● Define MVPs and drive rapid pilot execution for client deployments.
● Collaborate with founders, operators, and stakeholders to continuously improve product
direction and user experience.
Engineering & Solutioning
● Understand client workflows and collaborate on architecture decisions across backend,
frontend, APIs, and AI orchestration systems.
● Work closely with engineering teams building AI-native systems using FastAPI, Next.js,
PostgreSQL, LangGraph, and LLM workflows.
● Contribute to solution design, product implementation discussions, and technical tradeoff
decisions.
● Ensure high-quality execution through strong coordination between product,
engineering, and delivery teams.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
● Lead and mentor junior developers/product team members through structured feedback,
reviews, and collaboration.
● Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering, delivery, and business
stakeholders.
● Build strong execution culture with ownership, accountability, and fast iteration cycles.
● Take ownership of delivery timelines and execution quality in fast-moving startup
environments.
Client-Facing Delivery
● Lead product discovery and implementation discussions with founders, operators, and
business stakeholders.
● Map operational workflows and identify automation/product opportunities.
● Manage client communication during implementation, go-live, and post-deployment
phases.
● Build trusted long-term relationships with clients and act as a strategic product partner.
What We’re Looking For

Why This Role Is Interesting
Most Product Manager roles separate product thinking from engineering execution. This role
intentionally combines both.
At Lecxe, the same person may:
● sit with a founder in the morning,
● define a product workflow in the afternoon,
● prioritize features with engineering,
● and help unblock a production issue in the evening.
