Offshore Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:Oversee Delivery: Ensure cloud solutions meet service level agreements and are delivered on time and within budget.Team Management: Lead and manage the service delivery team and technical teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.Client Communication: Interact with clients, provide updates, address issues promptly, and maintain client satisfaction.Technical Support: Offer guidance to clients and team members on cloud-related matters.Performance Monitoring: Analyze service metrics and identify areas for improvement.SLA Management: Maintain service level agreements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to integrate cloud services effectively.Financial Management: Track and report on financial performance, including cost management and profitabilityRisk Management: Identify potential risks in both service delivery and technical operations, and develop mitigation strategiesRFP’s : Participate in the Proposals and provide the viable solutions Qualifications: Experience: 12-18 YearsEducation: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.Experience: Relevant experience in IT project management and cloud technology.Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
