KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Assist in the development of reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Provide support in customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of company processes and tools. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. EXPERIENCE This position is open to recent graduates with no prior professional experience. Internship experience in a relevant field is advantageous but not mandatory.
